We carry inventory for every product we sell. This means we can have the items you ordered on your doorstep in a timely manner. If for some reason the product is not available to ship within 48 hours you will be notified. At that time you will have the option to cancel your order or wait for its arrival. |

Order confirmation will come to you via e-mail within 20 minutes of placing your order. The order confirmation will include the date of order, items ordered, the bill to address, and the ship to address, and the order dollar total. |

For products displayed online you may order any products from our online store by, simply clicking on the item you want. You may be asked to select a pattern and quantity, then click the "Buy Now" button. Only credit card orders can be taken online. We accept Visa & MasterCard. The order and payment information you provide will be sent electronically and processed immediately. You will receive an e-mail within 20 minutes confirming your order. Sorry, we can only accept orders to be shipped within the U.S., excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico at this time. All credit cards must have a bill to address in the U.S. |
Reservation to Cancel or Change Order |
We reserve the right to cancel an order for whatever reason. Also, in the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or an error in pricing information from our suppliers, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for the product at the incorrect price. We are not responsible for typographical or pricing errors. Backordered items will be cancelled and notice will be sent to the customer. |

If your items arrive broken please contact us immediately by fax 860/217-0012 or e-mail jimnmolly@yahoo.com. Please include name, order number, date of order, and contact information in all correspondence. Please keep the box, packing material, and the broken item(s). In most cases we will arrange to have the original package and the broken item(s) picked up by the carrier who delivered it. We will need the tracking number and the item number(s) of the broken piece(s). No claims will be accepted by Polish Pottery Plus after 5 business days from date of receipt of goods |
Out of Stock Items |
We do our best to prevent items from becoming out of stock, however on rare occasions, items could become out of stock. If this happens you may choose to get a COMPLETE 100% REFUND, exchange with different item, or wait for the next shipment of new items to restock. |

We ship via FedEx, UPS and USPS for the 48 United States. That does not include shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO and APE.

It doesn't happen often, but carriers such as UPS, truck lines and Parcel Post do lose orders. If you have placed an order and have not received it in a reasonable period, please call us at once. |
Returns and Exchanges |
Your satisfaction is our primary concern. If you wish to return an item, contact us within 5 business days of delivery and let us know what items you would like to return. We will issue a return authorization. Pack the pottery well, and send it back to us. If we receive it in re-sellable condition, with all the tags still on each item, we will gladly refund your purchase price. You will be responsible for the shipping costs. (Unless the wrong item was shipped.) |
